Yum Cha Silks & Spice is an Oriental restaurant and bar with 4 karaoke rooms. We specialise in Dim Sum and also Far East Asia cuisines. To the local Chinese community in London we are also known as “Wang Fu Jing” named after a most famous street in Beijing, China for its wide variety of foods on offer.Yum Cha is another Cantonese expression “meeting up to have a light snack” where in the Far East people & families in particular tend to meet up in a restaurant to have Dim Sum. Chinese Tea is usually accompanied with Dim Sum.

Our Dim Sum is made in house and due to its popularity, is served all day. Dim Sum is a selection of little plates, a bit like Tapas and comes in many varieties. The steamed versions are served in the traditional bamboo baskets. Prawn dumplings, Honey roast pork bun, Shanghai Siew Long bun, Vegetarian dumplings, Lotus leaf rice and Prawn cheung fun are some of the local favourites.

The fried favourites are the Salt & pepper squid, Vege spring rolls, Sesame prawn toast, Fried sweet custard bun, Crispy seaweed and Spare ribs in Mandarin sauce.

Chinese Tea comes in many variations picked from the different Provinces of China. Each Chinese Tea has different taste, colour and aroma. From premium tea like Dragon Well, Oolong, Yunnan Green to the more popular like Jasmine, Old Puer and Tien Kuan Yin. Dry Chrysanthemum flowers is also a must try!

As well as Chinese tea, we also serve a wide variety of cocktails, from the “My Geisha” to the classic “Long Island Iced Tea”.
We serve a wide variety of main meals to choose from- the dishes are fresh, delicious, and authentic. A good selection of vegetarians and some dishes are quite spicy. Crispy Aromatic Duck, Seafood Laksa, Mee Goreng, Pad Thai, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Crispy Shredded Beef, Thai Green Curry, Pak Choi, Choi Sum are just some of our signature dishes.
